Events are normally private workshop performances and lectures. If you would like to observe a workshop for your organization, you must have approval from both, The Artist Outreach and the participating organization:

{park across the street in the Ross Tower Visitor Parking. Some parking spaces in there are reserved, so be sure to pay attention. Take your parking ticket with you. Walk over to T. Boone, once inside the YMCA, you will take the elevator to the third floor. They will help you there, and validate your parking ticket so you won’t have to pay parking.}
