Events are normally private workshop performances and lectures. If you would like to observe a workshop for your organization, you must have approval from both, The Artist Outreach and the participating organization:

8:30 – 8:50am – Arrive no later than 8:30am, set up in classroom, and return to cafeteria by 8:50am for kiddos.
9:00 – 9:50am – Kindergarten
10:00 – 10:50am – Grades 1-2
ll:00 – 11:50am – Grades 3-4
12 noon – Lunch
1:00 – 1:50pm – Grade 5
2:00 – 3:00pm – Performance with all four classes’ attending together in an cafeteria; we’re staying to help “crowd control” and it’s in our contract 🙂 Class size averages 20 kids; 80 total is the cap for enrollment.
