Events are normally private workshop performances and lectures. If you would like to observe a workshop for your organization, you must have approval from both, The Artist Outreach and the participating organization:

From the Contract: “Quantity of Services Partner will facilitate short, hands-on activity with youth/families attending the Turn Up event from 11am to 3pm on Saturday, August 5th, 2023 at the J. Erik Jonsson Central Library. The activity will be accessible to youth of all ages. Partner is responsible for supplies and materials. Event will see between 800-1200 individuals. Partner will be set up by 10:30am and stay 30 minutes after for break down of space. Breakfast and lunch will be provided.”
